This article is very similar in messaging to my discussion of the power of positive thinking on your money saving goals. I definitely believe that working out and living a healthy lifestyle is essential in reaching your goals. The more you workout, the better your physical and mental health. You will look better, feel better, and also think better. This will improve your overall life and give you more mental and physical energy to pursue all of the money saving tips on this site. Saving tons of money and also making more money is a difficult job. It requires a lot of dedication and incorporating a strict workout routine in your life will set you on the path to success.

My Personal Workout Routine and Philosophy

I try to keep it simple. I lift weights two days a week to improve my strength and I go on long walks and hikes two days a week to improve my overall toning, endurance, and cardio health. Each workout takes around one hour. I am spending four hours per week working out. This may seem like a lot of time but again it is the backbone of my overall life strategy. Without working out, I would find it very difficult to have energy and inspiration. One thing that I have found really fun are the hikes. When I get out of the apartment and get fresh air, I find that I do some of my best thinking and brainstorming on the hikes. This is often the time that I come up with new concepts on saving and making more money. I also have a ton of fun on the hikes because I go with my girlfriend. I have found that my motivation to workout shoots through the roof when with my girlfriend and I highly recommend finding a workout partner.

Workouts Are Closely Tied To Positive Thinking

Positive thinking is one of the most important backbones of my overall strategy for achieving my goals. I have found that positive thinking and working out are very closely related. The more I go to the gym, the easier it is for me to have positive thoughts. I highly recommend giving it a try! While these topics on the surface seem to have nothing to do with saving for a mortgage down payment, they are actually very influential. Saving for a down payment is a very consuming task, something that becomes a major part of your life. To achieve big goals, you need to focus on the best overall life strategy.
